Science – Cambridge Checkpoint
Written by experienced authors, Cambridge Checkpoint provides
carefully crafted Coursebooks to support the Cambridge
Secondary 1 programme in Science covering three years of study
in Stages 7–9 (typically ages 11–14). The Coursebook gives a
thorough introduction to the concepts and offers a wealth of
ideas for hands-on activities to make the subject matter come to
life. The Workbook contains exercises that develop students'
ability to apply their knowledge as well as developing their
Scientific Enquiry skills relating to planning experiments and
recording results. It does require the activities detailed in the
textbooks to be carried out to fully understand the concepts and
teaching.
The Coursebooks are £16.65 and the practise books are £6.53.
Science – Boardworks
In order to further supplement the theory of Cambridge
Checkpoint, we have a scheme of Science work from Boardworks
which offers almost 7,000 slides of material to give you
everything you need to help you teach every aspect of the iGCSE
Triple Science specifications.
